Extremely convenient accommodation with unbeatable setting very close to the center of Exeter as well as the cathedral and the Christmas market. The rooms with mini bar, bedrooms, prosecco, friendly efficient staff on reception desk.

Stayed for 1 night in this attractive place, loved that. With the help of the attentive and thoughtful staff, we had a comfortable stay. The location was marvellous and handy, for example, The Quay was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. It was set in a shopping area.

Hotel location to city and shops.
Cleanliness of room, carpet and chair fabric soiled, sand on bed sheets. Air condition in room did not operate and had to request a fan from reception.

Very noisy group of travellers when we were there, not kept in check. Duvee too hot on bed, too cold without, need something in between.

Brilliant location - particularly suitable for Graduation Week - good price. Swimming pool and gym a bonus. Despite being in city centre, it was very quiet and peaceful. Breakfast excellent. Easy parking was a major reason for choosing this hotel. This would be our first choice if we were visiting Exeter again. Particularly appreciated the fact that the bedrooms were not over heated and temperature could be adjusted to suit.
A 5ft double would be more comfortable - Today it is more usual to find a 5ft double bed - your bathrooms are modern and attractive why spoil an otherwise perfect hotel with a small bed.

Location to city centre was good, staff were very courteous, rooms very clean, gym/spa facilities very good. Loved the aircon.
Bar and foyer floors got very messy (3 weddings in 2 days) and were still messy at breakfast the next morning. Breakfast variety was very good but the Full English was disappointing, (5 out of 10) Sausage quality could be improved, and all food was sitting there getting hard under the lights. No fan in the bathroom.

Great location for exploring, lovely walk-in shower in the room, and the pool was a nice touch. Definitely convenient parking.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Brillaint location,
The bar/restaurant area was a little dark, not helped by the fact it is decorated with very dark colours - but this is just personal opinion. The bar/restaurant area could also have been cleaner - crumbs on the floor, tables not cleared.
